Today, August 4th, Paramount home entertainment is releasing The Soloist on DVD. We reviewed the film when it came out in theatres last April 24th. Read our reviews here. As our consensus read:
“ Although the book The Soloist, by Steve Lopez, is more well rounded, this movie is still worth seeing, especially for those into music. If you haven’t already, you should definitely read the book as well. *** ”
I found it to be a very inspiring and thought-provoking film, that I think is definitely worth at least a rental on DVD.
